Dear Mr. ABC ,
On behalf of Company ABC I am pleased to offer you the position of Pump Attendant with effect from September 7, 2023 . The following terms and conditions shall govern your employment.
COMMENCEMENT & DURATION OF CONTRACT:
- Your contract will commence from the date you assume your assignment, which in any case should not be later than September 7, 2023 (F/N).
- The Contract assigned to you essentially exists only for the duration of HRSG contract with the client organization.
- Your appointment will be subject to your particulars/antecedent being verified and found to be satisfactory.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SALARY:
- That your salary, inclusive of all cost of living and other statutory allowances, enhancement, benefits, perquisites, and mandatory increments shall be the sum of Rs. 25,000.00/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) per month, breakdown of which is as under:

- That the emolument will be paid after any deductions required under any tax or applicable legislation. You will be personally responsible and liable for all personal income or other taxes associated with your employment.

LEAVE:
- That you will be allowed leave of absence in accordance with the Law | Company’s rules en-forced from time to time;
- You will be allowed annual/earned leave of fourteen (14) calendar days, after completion of one year continuous service with the company.
- You will also be allowed medical leave and casual leave in accordance with law.
- You would be required to furnish a written notice of thirty (30) days prior to availing your annual leave.
LIABILITY OF CONTRACT:
- Your services may be transferred, deputed or assigned to any client, associated firm or other concern by the company permanently or otherwise.
- Your designation, responsibilities or duties may be changed from time to time by the company, as it may deem necessary.
- During the period of contract your services are liable to be transferred anywhere in Pakistan as and when required.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:
- During the period of initial three months, your contract may be terminated without any notice or any payment in lieu thereof. After successful completion of the initial three months period, your appointment may be terminated at any time subject to the following conditions:
- If in the Company’s opinion, which shall be final and binding in this matter, you are found guilty of dishonesty, misconduct, disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline, insubordination, absence from duty without permission, or having acted in a manner adversely prejudicial to the interests of the Company; or of any conduct which violates one or more terms of this letter, your services shall be liable to be terminated forthwith without any notice whatsoever or any compensation in lieu of notice.
- After initial three months period either you or the Company shall have the right to terminate the Employment Contract under this clause by giving to the other not less than one month’s notice in writing at any time, or pay a lump sum amount equivalent to one month gross salary as payment in lieu thereof.
- Your employment contract will be terminated on completion of contract assignment and or on the expiry of HRSG agreement with the client organization.
- You shall not be entitled to any notice or compensation in lieu thereof on the said termination or expiry of agreement between HRSG and the client organization.
OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- At any time during the currency of the contract you shall not represent yourself as an employee or agent of any client of the Company.
- That you shall not act in any manner contrary to the literature and instructions provided to you by the company or it’s client.
YOU WILL:
- Attain requisite qualification and training to perform the services required of you;
- During the tenure of your employment, devote the time, attention and skills required for the proper performance of service required by the company;
- Comply with all reasonable requirements of the management of the company and the authorized officer(s) of the client organization;
- Not hold yourself out as having any authority to bind any client of the company or to incur any liability on behalf of such client, and shall at all times act in accordance with the literature provided by such client in relation to all your dealings with any third parties;
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and the customs of Pakistan.
- Promptly notify the company and the client organization of any matter coming to your knowledge which could have a material affect on the business or affairs of such client organization.
- Comply with any regulations provided to you by the Company from time to time.
- Not divulge, either directly or indirectly, to any person or body any knowledge or information which you may acquire concerning the affairs, property, enterprise and under taking of our clients and its associate companies or subsidiaries and shall maintain the usual secrecy about the business and other affairs of our client.
- Be responsible for your personal safety and will follow safety instructions provided by the company and or its client organization from time to time.
- You shall not take or remove from the premises of the Company and its client where your services are assigned without the consent of the management/ client any data, table calculations, letters and other documents or items of property or confidential information pertaining to the company’s/client’s business or affairs, in any form (paper, diskette, tape, CD, optical or magnetic etc).
- You will be responsible for the safe custody and return in good condition and order, of all client’s/company property, which may be in your use, custody, care or charge. The Company shall have the right to deduct the money value of all such thing from your dues and take such other actions, as it deems proper in the event of your failure to account for such property to the company’s satisfaction.
- You will be required to notify the company immediately any change in your residential address, contact number and or your civil status.
