HR Management role in an organization.
HR Management plays a main role in the HR Strategic functions in the organization i.e. there are different types of strategies for example Corporate strategy, Business strategy, and Functional strategy. these strategies depend on the below sub-role. The HR function is involved in planning HR strategies, policies, and practices that meet the needs of the organization and its member’s support in achieving continuous competitive advantages. The HR Management needs to go beyond designing effective HRM policies and practices to ensure that these practices are implemented appropriately and accepted by employees to achieve the objective results. Strategic HR Management has a main role in the Organization. In contrast, the organization is based on HR planning and practices so the human resources department is responsible for setting plans regarding the company’s future & its operations. This responsibility impacts many other HR functions, such as HR expertise is responsible for assessing the company’s goals, and objectives and Specifying workforce strategies that help to accomplish them.
For example, they may manage the team to meet the company goals or recruit talent on the required base to achieve the company objectives. The HR a close collaboration with the department head under company requirements, plans to fulfill the need and ensure its applicability to touch the company goal.
It is the key responsibility of the HR Professional to have strong follow-up over the task when to achieve the goal within the timeline. The monitoring of the task with the help of the department head or directly will be fruitful in the task achievement.

Recruitment & Selection
The HR department plays an important role in recruiting & selecting employment for the organization. They may work with department Managers to develop recruitment goals and identify the types of applicants they want to fulfill the need for the purpose of achieving the goal and completing the task. The HR personnel can also help create and announce the job postings, HR surfing to find qualified candidates, and conduct the initial screening process. When seeking candidates,

HR Team overviewing the hiring and onboarding process also. They interview and finalize the candidate directly or through the help of the Department head The candidate has finalized the offering and the onboarding process starts, They release the offer letter for the candidate through letter or email, to accept the job offer. Once the candidate accepts the offer then the HR department releases the appointment contract letter and sends the candidate for the training for the specific period and once the training has been done then the candidate has deputed for the assigned task with a specific department. The HR team has also communicated with the candidate about the benefits and compensations related to his employment. The HR team also communicates with the employee about the company Policies i.e. Salary breakup, PF & Gratuity Policy, GHI & GLI Policy, company assets, leaves, Promotion, Resignation, Termination, Retrenchment contract end, and retirement Policies When all these requirements have been completed then HR communicated with the employee to start their assigned positions with specific departments.
Compensation & Benefits
The HR department also manages and oversees compensation and benefits provided to employees. They work with managers to set salaries and negotiate them with employees as needed. Once the employee is hired, the HR department adds employees to their payroll List and is responsible for ensuring that they get paid as per company policy and according to the payment schedule. The HR department also processes the employee statutory benefits committed as per the Government labor laws and procedures, They are also responsible for processing the employee Overtime and other benefits and expenses The HR team also plays a main role in providing proof of salary benefits and taxes if any deducted. i.e. , Tax proof, Bank credit list, Cheque detail.

The HR team also communicated the employee salary disbursement timeline. The HR team also communicates with the employee about their statutory benefit and package limits as per the company policy purchased. i.e. Health card, EOBI card, social security card, employment card, Fuel card, and Mobile package.
Every employee typically receives different packages and benefits, so the HR department has the key responsibility to make the thinking confidential to avoid any conflict or stressful environment at the workplace.
HR personnel also have heard the grievances of the employees and resolve them with the help of ensuring company standards and procedures
Tax Compliance Management

The taxation system is a compulsory system of the state for generating revenue for the state, for the purpose Every state has an authority body for the collection of taxes, every head has a different ration tax, and it is the HR management’s responsibility to fulfill the tax compliance for the Organization as we are discussing the compensation so the following taxes are applicable over the compensation process i.e GST, WHT, Income Tax, Professional Tax employer. Health & Safety
The HR department is responsible for developing and implementing health and safety measures in the workplace, For the purpose of fully fulfilling requirements the HR Management Operate this task directly through the HR department and supportive EHS department or indirectly through professional vendor services, Most the HR management has dedicated, health physicians the health service at emergency or accidental condition and 1st add has been provided at emergency needs.

For this purpose, to fulfill the requirements and implement the safety measure, HR Management is preparing the health and safety measure caution to avoid any kind of incident at the workplace.
The HR Management has the responsibility to provide an inbound safety environment implement the company health and safety policy at the workplace and facilitate the employee cure at any accrue incident at the workplace
Different industries have different health and safety measures designed by the HR management as per the company requirements i.e. Workplace policy, production policy, machinery safety policy, entry and exit policy, shipping policy
The HR Management has the right to punish the employee as per company standard SOPs if violated at work premises.
Labor Law Compliance
The Government implements employee regulation and benefits rules through its government body labor department, so the HR management has to follow these rules and regulations and implement these rules at the organization set-up and provide the recognized facility to the employees as mentioned in the labor law.

The labor law described rules and regulations are the responsibilities of the HR management to implement the policies related to employment benefits
There are two types of rules i.e. Service agreement rules and employee benefit rules The HR manager has a key role in implementing this policy and facilitating the employees.
The purpose of the rule’s implementation is to facilitate the employees and implement Labor Law compliance in the organization. The HR Management are well are at violation of Labor Law compliances the may face legal issues.
Training and development

The Organization spends huge money on the development of the employees to make them productive at the workplace so as part of the HR planning process, the HR department manages employee training and development to make the employee’s skills full at the workplace and smooth the company work process and achieve the company goal timely. There are many types of training that the HR Team manage from time to time, The HR management normally endorse two type of training activities i.e. Inbound training activity and outdoor training activity, Outdoor TrainingIndoor Training

These training activities may be performed directly by the HR team or through the hired consultant. This training is organized as per the company requirements and may be in the form of Meetings, seminars, conventions, or conferences, The purpose of this training is to Promote the professional growth of the employee and make them valuable in the workplace. This culture can help reduce turnover and improve productivity and efficiency.
Performance Management

The performance system is one of the better systems to analyze employee performance at the workplace. Performance management is the key responsibility of the HR Team to oversee these activities and analyze employee performance as per company standard and requirements, For the purpose of fully fulfilling this requirement the HR Team have different reviews of performance directly by HR team, through line management or by the consultant through different formats it is may be done an online survey, through activities or by the appraisals
These activities help assess whether the workforce is meeting organizational goals and objectives. The HR department can use the insights gained to create or provide training and development opportunities as needed. Conducting exit interviews can also aid the performance management function, as it helps HR professionals understand why employees choose to leave. If the department identifies a common concern, it can then start making improvements to help ensure employee retainment
Administrative Role
The HR department also manages day-to-day administrative tasks related to the workforce. They are responsible for maintaining personnel files and paperwork related to Hiring, firing, insurance policies, and employee appointment letters. Employees can come to these professionals to gain clarity or assistance with the relevant workplace or administrative procedures and policies.
For example, specialists within the department may also handle payroll and scheduling procedures. When necessary, the department also manages travel arrangements and processes business-related expenses.
Event Management

Event management is a good review in the organization The HR Team has a keen interest in these activities to participate actively, The HR team perform different type of event activities that celebrate actively are indoor events and outdoor events i.e. Birthday, Promotion, engagement, dinner parties, Games
These celebrities bring good expressions to the employee’s faces and motivate them to perform actively.
The Employee Well-being
HR Management also ensures the general well-being of the organization’s employees. They can promote and implement health and wellness activities to help employees avoid burnout.

For example, they may encourage employees to use their days off or coordinate wellness challenges. HR professionals may also provide individualized help to employees facing personal problems. They may provide specific resources or assistance to help minimize the issue or discuss options the employee can take, such as time off and other benefits.
